Days of random positivity

Yesterday I met a man. He was a man that some would consider "less a man" because of his "disabilities". He was a man so full of light that it was impossible not to feel it. He introduced himself to me with a smile that would light up the darkness. He was older, not sure how old but probably late 50s early 60s. He could not talk well, he could not walk well, but he could change my mood in a matter of seconds from just "ok" to "Wow this is a fantasic day" kind of mood. I struggle daily with moods, and trying to stay positive, and here is this guy that has odds against him in the most chipper mood EVER. Makes you think, makes you analyze. If I lost one of my "natural" talents (i.e. any of the 5 senses, or ability to speak or walk) would that leave room for something a little more supernatural to happen? Or does it force you to say fuck it, things can't get any worse? All I know is that my one, 5 minute, encounter with that gentleman and my whole day was a little brighter. Love and Light.

Teal Scott: The Spiritual Catalyst; my experience and personal opinion.

Lately I've been watching these Teal Scott videos. And when I say lately, I mean for about 6 months or so...maybe a tad bit less. I've even read her book, "The Sculptor in the Sky". The subject matter is amazing to say the least. Very informative and pretty much confirms everything I've ever felt in life regarding spirituality, religion, emotions, etc. She takes on several elements of Buddhism, "The Secret", some Ayn Rand and Anton Lavey too. Yes, yes, I know some of that is regarded as Satanism, but I'm refraining from putting titles on viewpoints in this particular blog and simply addressing "ideas" individually. Many of her teachings allow for self creating. We are basically in control of our own realities. We can create either postive of negative outcomes based on our "vibrational frequencies". The more positive of a vibration the more positive encounters and vice versa. Even negative encounters serve a purpose by teaching us vital lessons that are imparative to our spiritual expansion and evolution. Teal's take on angels, demons, heaven and hell are quite interesting and more in alignment with my way of thinking than the traditional "Christian" or "Catholic" view of these subjects. She believes in past lives, even simultaneously lived lives. She can explain time, multi-dimensional theories, and even extra sensory abilities that some humans have. It's all very accomodating and fulfilling...for a while. My issue with Ms. Scott doesn't come from anything that she teaches because, in fact, they are not authentically her own ideas. They are truly Universal Truths that were and are taught by many that came before her. She's just a good teacher for some that could not relate to other teachers of the same values. Teal has extraordinary beauty and charisma. She claims to have many extra sensory abilites and has a troubled past which resonates to many in her circle. My issue comes from several things: 1)Her facebook group called "Teal Tribe", which I was temporarily apart of (will explain later) has many "groupies" that pretty much worship her. Now worship is a strong word and not all of the members are in that frame of mind. Some are taking it for what it is and have learned self love. But...there are others that have gone over into fanatic, cult-like status which was one of the reasons I had myself removed from this group. Teal lives in a communal setting with many others. That isn't bad in and of itself, however there were people in the "tribe" that were almost begging to live with her, and those that were "worshipping" her tended to be in low places in their lives, i.e. jobless, just out of a relationship or something of the sort. 2) Teal's story is harsh and brutal. I am by no means in this blog saying she lied about her past, but I'm going to point out some contradictory events. 1- She was ritualistically tortered and abused from the age of 6 or 12 - 19(sometimes she claims 6 sometimes 12 years of age when it started)but there are other sites on the net that show her modeling and those sites she claims she was recruited to modeling at 12. She also said she was an international model, travelling the world. However previous claims of being kidnapped and tortured by the Mormon sect "The Blood Covenant" said she was being held captive. I addressed this on her group and one of her roommates responded that her captor was also her modeling "manager". Sure...makes sense. But I found ANOTHER blog that claimed she started modeling AFTER her escape at 19 years old. Her modeling history also includes nude, fetish, and lingerie modeling which would make more sense if she was older than 18. Her torture was result of her "unnatural" abilities that her parents were afraid of. The Mormon group claimed that she was evil and her captor was helping to rid her of this evil. But secretly he was a Satan worshipper and had Teal do horrible things, like lure immigrant children to their deaths as sacrifices. Teal was also a 2010 winter Olympic hopeful for Telemark skiing. That's just a fact, and really doesn't do anything to prove or disprove anything really. 3) Teal claims that she's always know her intention for this life. She has memories of being in the womb and always knew her purpose. However, that blog that was previously mentioned, stated that after her escape she went into a different path and didn't find her spiritual nature until after her modeling/Skiing career. About the time she met her now ex-husband. So that makes for another good question in my eyes. If you are aware of your intention from birth, why would you need a break? If you knew the abuse you suffered was ultimately to serve your expansion why would you need to be "saved" by men or seeking a relationship around every turn? (You'd have to watch some of her videos and read her blog about her experiences to see what I mean) 4) It was brought to my attention about MK Ultra and government programming uses some of the same abuses that Teal has suffered and I don't know if she is in that circle, but there are some eerie similarities. 5) When I requested to be removed from her "Tribe" group on facebook, I was met with slight resistance and rude, snarky comments from enlightened individuals. 6) Her parents, Boz and Bobbie Bosworth, were hippies, so I'm thinking that the hippy mentality and the Mormon way of thinking doesn't match up. So why would her parents seek religious help for her "issues"? The more I got into it the more cult-like it all became. It took one video of a brave soul that pointed out how creepy she was to make me open my eyes a little and research more. At first I was rude to her, commenting in defense of Teal, but I wished I hadn't jumped the gun. Now I know...and so I wrote this blog. Take it for what it's worth... Teal has helped many people, me included, to see things differently, but my resonance is moving me away from this woman BECAUSE of the reason I stated earlier. You are not bad if you choose to follow, but don't do so blindly.
